The PETIT Standard Rooms (15–19 m²) are cozy hotel rooms in Vienna featuring a queen-size bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cocktail minibar, coffee & tea set, and Saint Charles Apothecary amenities.

What does the CHIC Superior Room offer?

The CHIC Superior Rooms (19–24 m²) feature a king-size bed, walk-in rain shower, parquet flooring, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an exquisite cocktail minibar, and Saint Charles Apothecary amenities.

What makes the DE LUXE Deluxe Room special?

The DE LUXE Deluxe Rooms (24–33 m²) are spacious hotel rooms in Vienna with a king or twin bed, rain shower, sofa, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an exquisite cocktail minibar.

What is unique about the ART DELUXE Room?

The ART DELUXE Rooms (24–35 m²), located on the 6th floor, feature graffiti draw art, views of the ART mirror wall, a king or twin bed, a rain shower or bathtub (subject to availability), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

What does the Junior Suite include?

The Junior Suite at Boutique Hotel MOTTO (35–42 m²) offers extra space with a king or twin bed, rain shower and freestanding bathtub, sofa, kitchenette, dining table, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

All rooms feature elegant wooden floors, a separate toilet, and a walk-in rain shower. Box-spring beds with premium Egyptian cotton linens ensure restful nights, and allergy-friendly bedding is available upon request.

High-quality Saint Charles amenities are provided in every room, including shampoo, two types of shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap. Additional thoughtful extras include earplugs, condoms, a nail file, cotton swabs, cotton pads, and a small sewing kit. Each room is also equipped with a hairdryer, a Roberts Revival Radio, a Nespresso machine with compostable capsules, a kettle, and a selection of teas.

Guests staying in CHIC, DELUXE, ART DELUXE categories and in the suites will also find a small ironing board and iron. Cozy bathrobes are provided for visits to the sauna or steam bath, and DELUXE, ART DELUXE, and Junior Suite categories additionally include comfortable slippers. Razors, shower caps, plasters, toothpaste, toothbrushes, adapters, or umbrellas can be requested at reception at any time.

Please note: the rooms do not include desks. However, a small fold-out table for the bed can be borrowed, and steamers or additional irons are available on request.

All public areas are air-conditioned during the summer. Each room can be individually controlled. Once all windows are closed, the air conditioning can be adjusted using the control dial. Cooling is available in summer, and the system can also be used for heating in winter.

The housekeeping team services the rooms daily until 3:00 pm. To support sustainability, towels can be reused when hung up, while towels placed on the floor will be replaced. Using the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door cancels daily cleaning and ensures privacy. Bed linens are changed every three days.

The Boutique Hotel MOTTO is a smoke-free hotel. If you do not comply, we will have to charge €150 for additional cleaning. You are welcome to smoke in front of the hotel entrance or on the roof terrace.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but we serve a delicious à la carte breakfast in our restaurant Chez Bernard. For guests who are in a hurry, our in-house bakery MOTTO Brot offers fresh breakfast options to take away.

Children are warmly welcome at Boutique Hotel MOTTO.

Upon request, we are happy to provide a complimentary baby cot or sofa bed for children under 6 years of age in our DELUXE rooms and JUNIOR SUITE. For children up to 12 years old, an additional charge per night applies.

For families of up to four guests (2 adults and 2 children under 12), we offer the option to book two connecting rooms in our DELUXE category, subject to availability.

As family and room arrangements are individually coordinated, we kindly ask guests traveling with children to contact the hotel directly for bookings at booking@hotelmotto.at.

Yes, dogs, cats, and small pets are warmly welcome at our hotel.

Are there any additional charges?

Yes, we charge a cleaning fee of €19.00 per day.

Will our pet receive anything during the stay?

Yes! Your furry companion (dog) will receive all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Will the room be cleaned if my pet is in the room?

No. As long as your pet is unattended in the room, housekeeping will not enter.
Please inform us once your pet is no longer in the room, and our housekeeping team will be happy to take care of everything.

Are there any special instructions at check-in?

Yes, you will receive a special door hanger as well as “Do Not Disturb” signs to indicate whether your pet is in the room.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at our reception.

Check-out is available until 11:00 AM.
A late check-out can be arranged upon request and subject to availability – simply contact our reception team.

If you check out by 11:00 AM but would like to enjoy a few more hours in Vienna, you are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at the reception.

For reasons of youth protection, the following regulations apply at Boutique Hotel MOTTO:

Room reservations for guests under the age of 16 are only permitted when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Room reservations for guests between 16 and 18 years of age are only possible with a written consent form from a parent or legal guardian. This must include a copy of the guardian’s ID as well as their contact details.

Without meeting these requirements, a room reservation at Boutique Hotel MOTTO is unfortunately not possible.
