The staff were welcoming and went the extra mile include wine and cake (plus card which were waiting in the room for me). Great value especially the sauna on floor 7 and the In house restaurant plus the added bonus of the cafe frequented by locals across the road, Cafe Ritter, which came highly recommended by the staff. The room was cosy and the decor was quirky. Hope to visit again."
